Due to unforseen and very depressing circumstances, involving RCMP attacks against cannabis seed vendors and increased confusion over the state of the laws as they relate to medicinal cannabis seeds, we have been forced to (at least temporarily), cease all mail-order operations. We enormously and sincerely regret having to make this unfortunate decision, and truly hope that this ridiculous scenario, in which even legally licensed Canadian medicinal cannabis patient/gardeners have no legal source of genetic variety, is rectified as soon as possible. We hope to be able to resume operation, to be able to help sick and suffering Canadians, again some day. This web page will be left up as a protest of the ludicrous and arbitrary situation, in which the most ill of Canadians are victimized and yet we are all allowed to import/export, possess, traffick and grow as many 'viable' opium poppy seeds as our hearts desire while the much more benign cannabis plant is vilified as a 'scourge.' We hope the idiotic prohibitionists of our Nation continue to enjoy the fruits of their labours (bigger budgets focused on non-violent gardeners instead of all the violence, theft and abuse going on, an increase in criminal black market activity and the violence that it brings, more and lower quality hard drugs in our schools, more death and distress and suffering and bigger prisons even more full of non-violent and victimless 'offenders').
